The Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) aims to equip the youth of the state with employable skills, addressing the increasing demand for skilled labor in various sectors.

The MAGIC (Mobile Application for Growth In Career) app serves as a valuable tool within this initiative. Its primary focus is to provide guidance to candidates aged 14 to 35, including school and college dropouts, as well as unemployed youth who are registered for various short-term skill development training programs.

Through the MAGIC app, students will take a career interest assessment that is designed to identify their strengths and aspirations. Based on the results of this assessment, trained counselors will offer tailored advice regarding potential career paths and job opportunities that align with their training and market demand.
